Dr. Jana Matthews, Managing Director of the ANZ Innovyz START Program, is the founding CEO of The Jana Matthews Group and an international expert on entrepreneurial leadership and business growth. Based in Adelaide, AU and Boulder, Colorado, she works with entrepreneurial CEOs and corporate executives to unlock the growth potential of their companies. The founder of four companies, Jana is the co-author of 50 articles and eight books including Growing New Ventures, Creating New Jobs; Leading at the Speed of Growth; Building the Awesome Organization; Lessons from the Edge; and www.BigFastGrowth.com. She was a senior member of the founding team of the Kauffman Foundation’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership. She has a doctorate from Harvard, has served as Thought Leader for several global corporations, and was named one of 18 Women Business Gurus.
STEVE FANALE

Steve Fanale - Chief Executive Officer - AppVillage
With some 15 years experience working in Australia's interactive and digital media industry, Steve Fanale made his way up the corporate ladder at Young & Rubicam and APL Digital before taking the plunge and starting his own interactive agency, MassMedia Studios, in 2000. After opening offices in London and New York in 2006, growing the team to over fifty employees who worked with global brands like Audi, Cadbury, Unilever, Diageo, Vue Entertainment and Yahoo!7, Steve's team sold MassMedia to the publicly
listed BlueFreeway group. In 2010, Steve started FeverPitch Entertainment, and as 2012 rolled in he began decided to step back into the digital product innovation world and started AppVillage.
GRANT STEINBERG

Grant has over 20 years experience in establishing and leading innovative technology based companies including the co-founding of two leading ICT startups, both delivering unique solutions to high profile clients, nationally and internationally.
As CEO of an ICT start-up, Grant oversaw research and development and the commercialisation of a diverse range of technology based products and services including specific expertise in the mobile application space.
His work has afforded him the opportunity to assist companies across diverse sectors and industries including wine, oil and gas, education, law enforcement, construction, manufacturing, real estate, publishing, electronics, finance and more.
With a background in industrial design, Grant is adept at creative problem solving. He has experience in providing mentoring to early stage technology start-ups.
Grant holds a Bachelor of Design: Industrial Design (University of South Australia) and has represented the SA ICT industry in an advisory capacity to the State Government and with AIMIA nationally during its formative years.
JENNIFER WILSON

Jennifer is a Director of The Project Factory and works at the conjunction of content, the consumer and digital devices. Jennifer wrote “The Writer’s Guide to Making a Digital Living”, “Getting in the Digital Frame – a producer’s guide to the digital landscape”, “The Digital Deadlock – how clearance issues are keeping Australian content offline” and more recently “Pocket Power”, a guide for screen content producers on how to get more involved in mobile”.
Jennifer worked on the first 3G services In Australia; mobile publishing solutions; games and locative and augmented reality story telling. She holds a patent in the delivery of video to mobile phones and chairs the Mobile Industry Group.
Jennifer sits on the Executive of the Australian Interactive Media Industry Association and on the Council of the Screen Producers Association of Australia.

CYRUS ALLEN

Cyrus Allen had 15 years experience in the ICT sector in roles spanning product and brand management, business management and customer experience management. In his current role Cyrus is leading the digital customer experience approach at ANZ. His previous roles include Director Customer Experience at Telstra Corporation, Head of Global Content Alliances for Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications, and global product and brand management roles with Ericsson Mobiles. Cyrus recently completed a Masters Degree in Marketing at Melbourne Business School building off his interest in integrating marketing orientation, customer experience thinking and business acumen to achieve stand out differentiation and shareholder value.
