Geoff was CEO of Playford Capital from 2001-4, when it invested into 16 IT and electronics companies.  For the past nine years, he has been a director of Paragon Private Equity, investing into a range of industries.  He has been and remains a director of a number of companies, including ASX listed company BresaGen, until its sale to Hospira, and companies in technology, health care and manufacturing industries. 

He is an angel investor in his own right, investing into IT and biotech businesses, and is a member of SA Angels.  He is a business owner, and currently advises companies on mergers and acquisitions.

Geoff is South Australian born and bred, and has worked in Europe and the US.  He is committed to ensuring this state remains a place where entrepreneurs can build world leading companies.

He has both engineering and IT degrees, and still owns an original 1984 Mac computer.

Cyrus is a management executive with deep experience across customer strategy, customer experience management, digital, marketing & service design. As a Partner with Strativity Group, Cyrus builds on 20 years of local and international experience in senior roles with Ericsson, Sony Ericsson, Telstra and most recently ANZ Banking Corporation.

Cyrus works with organisations to improve the experiences they deliver through defining and implementing customer experience strategies.  His work includes Omni-channel design, experience innovation, customer strategy assessment, branded experience design and VOC program development. 

He holds a Master's Degree in Marketing, Bachelor's Degrees in Business and Arts, and has completed a custom executive program at AGSM. Cyrus is an advisor to and investor in an Adelaide-based technology start up and serves as a Board Director for Gowrie Victoria, a leader in early childhood education.



Ann has a 25 year business background with international experience in introducing new products to new markets.  She has worked for Australian start-up technology companies in addition to a US technology company and her own medical device company, exercising particular skills in market entry strategy and distribution chain management. 

Ann has particular interest in medical device regulations, with experience in navigating this process in several countries including an appeal process with the US Food and Drug Administration.  She has managed product development/manufacturing for several new products, with an emphasis on low cost product development to gain market feedback.

Her background includes investment management for an early stage VC fund, and South Australian university/industry collaboration.  Ann is a graduate of the Institute of Company Directors.




Stuart Snyder, was a cofounder, director, and CFO of YourAmigo Ltd which was the SA exporter of the year in 2008. YourAmigo was incorporated in 1999 and successfully commercialised novel search technology acquired from the Flinders University. YourAmigo’s was a technology leader in the search marketing space with installations on web sites in over 30 different countries including many of the world’s top 100 ecommerce companies. YourAmigo’s company headquarters is still in Adelaide although virtually all sales are export.

Stuart grew up in Silicon Valley, starting his career as a CPA with KPMG in San Jose, California and migrated to Adelaide in 1993. He is now an investor in two SA start-ups, Happy Inspector and Portalogue Solutions and is a limited partner in Blackbird Ventures. Stuart spends time mentoring entrepreneurs and doing volunteer work.
